No offence, and I do feel for you, but...
Unfortunately the ball isn't in your park, so you play by their rules. They don't owe you any sort of explanation, and if you get tired of waiting you can always
off and there will be hundreds more to take your place in the queue. Even cadet pilots who have graduated/are graduating soon need to wait for a start date in the mainline - what does that say about people who have just applied and have not yet been given an interview date?
