Is there any way to get a message through to the HR
" that there are many people who are Frustrated with their slow , sloppy approach to the whole Cadet Pilot Programme Selection System"
If any one agrees with me please raise your concern with the Flight Crew Recruitment Team if anyone knows someone personally or just get the message to the concerned people.
Me personally waiting for 9 months for an Initial Interview, and I know a few who are waiting for 4 months Plus.
I am absolutely disgusted by the way it is being handled.
With all due respect , I am fine by all means if they don't want to interview from my geographical region because of logistical, economical , professional or personal reasons.
I will happily accept a rejection if I don't meet the standards , only thing I am asking is have the courtesy to INFORM the Applicant in a reasonable time frame.
BUT HAVE THE BLOODY DECENCY TO INFORM, WITHIN A RESPECTABLE TIME FRAME
If the Flight Crew Recruitment Department (Cathay City) is listening , please clear the backlog and respect other people's time and have the professional courtesy to inform the applicant about the status of their application.
