They dangled the carrot of turbine to a good friend of mine for 18months. Promising him J41 cmd without giving him a single hour in either of the turbines. In fact very little flying at all. Heard of a lot of pay issues downgrading good staff etc etc. That was all about 2 years ago though. Maybe things have changed.
