QR were due to announce two new European destinations back in the summer but it has all gone suspiciously quiet since then......I reckon EDI has a good chance as EK cover the same market QR would be chsing from other UK regional airports. Having said that BHX has been upgraded to twice daily 777 to DXB and is still (on many dates) selling out so maybe there is enough business from there for QR to compete
