For example if you were over the +3 -3 diopeter limit and you had laser treatment to rectify that, then that would still be a fail for the initial medical.
And dont worry about missing the "canadian batch" who go to Stage 2 and 3. You'll be sent at a later date. It really is ongoing and you ceratinly haven't missed the boat.
