If the senior crew treat the younger crew like !!!!!, or are impatient with them.. then they havent learnt anything in this job.. i mean they are seniors so they need to help the younger ones (because they were once juniors too).. having worked in asia, i can say that i have experienced this "racism" thing. but this is present everywhere, when i say everywhere i mean companies around the world (not only asia) that has block heads as seniors to guide the newbies.. however, i met really cool seniors who are great people. these guys and girls i'll never forget them because they were always so helpful no matter wat.
and to all seniors and future seniors of QR help the younger ones, koz you'll become an icon for them in their careers
