well, there is a new rule of 'minimum rest'.
you have to be at your apartment sleeping safe and sound 12 hours before any duty.
(duties are flights, training and even speeches, i know this because some crew have been fired because they were not home 12 hours before AAB speech !!!).
and yes, there are cameras filming everything in the accomodation lobbies.
still doha is not such a bad place, it is boring but you will be flying out most of time anyway so you dont really feel it that much.
whilst on layovers you can do pretty much whatever you can as long as you are not flying "air india" or "korean air" as some flights feel because of the crew.
