Apply for any job first online temporarily then you will be able to change your profile. After changing your profile you should withdraw the job you temporarily applied for. I had the same issue but when I tried the step I mentioned, I could update my own profile. Seems like some applicants who attended the assessment and didn't get through cannot change their profile for a certain period
