the only dual flights considered as PIC would be your FAA checks and the flights done after your CPL on the type of a/c you've been checked out on.
oh and the non instructional flights where you were the "sole manipulator" of the controls!
you will obvioulsy have to false log your hours in order to satisfy the indian DGCA.
