Or do you mean minimum cost of living, or cheapest?
You going to rent a car or buy one..? What is your family going to do while you train? Sit home or go to the beach or Disney World?
You can find a cheap flea-bag hotel or condo out of the way $700.00 per month, or something nice, clean and centrally located for $700.00 per week.
Same with food, you can eat cheap or expensive.
If I was in yer shooes I would leave the family at home so you can focus on flying and studying, more efficient and cheaper..
Besides all that, Florida is pretty cheap these days...
