The aircraft is a single crew aircraft thus only one person can log the time as P1, however if both parties agree you could log the time if he is not to fussed about logging hours and or course you must be pilot flying in order to log time.
You can still log the flight even if you are not PIC, however you cannot include these times in your official logbook totals and can't put them towards any other ratings etc.
