im from lucknow u.p.. and after all the dgca hassles for 3 years .. ive become seasoned with attestation and stuff
so pretty much no problemo on that front i have my fingers crossed if nothing comes up well practically i cant do anything but move on what else?.. since the application could not have been couriered i fear that the 5 rs stamp application took more time than needed and bhartiya daak seva proved useless
