I would guess that any of the Tunisian international airports would be fine. I used Tunis to enter the country and Monastir to leave earlier this year.
The main challenge is going to be finding avgas, unless of course you have something with a diesel/Jet A1 engine. I can't begin to imagine trying to get through security with cans full of mogas.
