Really a sad story - at one point VLM was the biggest operator at LCY. Always liked their fantastic service and was more than happy to use them to AMS, LPL or MGL.
For an airline like VLM, LCY was the heart of its operation and they were always loyal as for them there were few, if any alternatives. For Air France, it is just another airport they focus on - and they will desert it within a few weeks should they ever run into trouble or see better opportunities elsewhere.
