Hi Larry, thanks for the PM.
Qatarstudent must 'just be assuming'. His post completely contradicts the guy's opinions that are actually following the RAM programme.
Truth is these fella's are rated, current and building experience as we PPRuNe.
Yes they had to pay a 'dowry', but they are all hoping to be kept on beyond the Line Training Package. They are not left sitting on a useless frozen ATPL with a MEP Rating!!
Frankly, while I hate these 'pay to fly programmes', it would appear that the RAM Scheme actually works for all concerned.
