The difference between what has been posted here about Paul Crowther and what you (Speedyflyer) wrote about others is that the former is in the public domain whereas your accusations about people's private lives is not. Feel free to post their names, just be careful what you post with them. You also sought to undermine an apparently stable company with an unsubstantiated comment about them, one that could have serious knock-on effects for the owners and employees particularly in the current climate. Your posts were a completely different prospect to discussing the failure of the ex-328 Jet.
If it proves to be true then we'll all get to know about it and the subject will be allowed on here, until then spiteful retaliatory posts will continue to be deleted.
