NON-ETOPS Operation
The route must remain within 60 minutes of an Adequate airfield.
Note, that for the purposes of 'Adequate' the airfield does not have to
meet ANY weather criteria, but must meet the definition of an
Adequate airfield in Ops Manual A Section 8.6.2.1.
