Ba are purposing to reduce crewing levels on aircrafts so fuurther entrant courses seem unnecessary. They are trying to get rid of crew instead of adding more.
From what i gather, the Mixed fleet proposal is off the drawing board for now.
And you really have to watch the 900 hours. Once you hit that you are grounded and won't be taking home any extra dosh. When manpower is short of crew that's when your hours will fly sky high
