And I think I might personally know A-H from a company here in Ontario, where he flew for us a few summers ago on fires with an L-3.
With regards to the RPM in the 206, the book states that you have to be on the ground by 70% RPM.
ANd I do believe he was refering to ENGINE (Compressor ROTOR) rpms not ROTOR BLADE rpms.
