Sterling Aviation Services Inc. out of Calgary. They also do training and provide contract flight attendants to Skyservice Business Aviation.
I am not familiar with 'Above and Beyond', however, many of these companies are teaching you the VERY basic of what you need to know. And $3000US + flt + accom = a lot of dough!
