Heathrow and Gatwick safety statistics

For a research project can anyone tell me the last time an aircraft departed Heathrow or Gatwick and suffered an operational flying accident down route on the first sector that lead to fatality(ies) ? Not due to passenger health issues, turbulence, hijack etc please.

So I can put a rate to it, how many flights and passengers actually depart Heathrow and Gatwick per annum, or where is that data found ?
