Since the advent of the "web", many historic mishap reports are available on the "web", and more and more each year.

For earlier ASB and CAB AARs (USA pre' NTSB) , there is this:
Online Digital Special Collections Library
(click on Historic Aircraft ... Reports)

Here's a library with AARs sorted by country:
