hy guys, interesting thread you have going on, firstly is i fail to understand where the discussion bout your grades was taking you. i think KQ's recruitment process is seriously flawed by corruption and the wrong recruitment process, as much as high grades are important; they cannot be used as a benchmark of choosing a potential pilot. flying is an art, once youre given the first few lesssons it flows in your bloodstream and for some it doesnt whether an A student of D.
Kujuana or who knows who is the biggest channel leading you to a job, i have friend who was recently told to cash in one mill to get a sure slot in the program..guys there is much than what meets the eye.i believe KQ is largest outfit we have in kenya but not the best, you dont train to be a pilot to work in KQ, you do that to fly planes and as long as you enjoy thats it!!!!
so you guys out there who have made it, thats a great opportunity, for the ones who hit a dead end DONT STOP TRYING...
