Paarmo, where do you get your info from, have you ever visited a Police unit? Are you or have you ever been involved in operational Police work Civilian or Warranted? It may seem like I'm prying, but it is important. Most people on this thread have nailed their colours to the mast. It would be good to know if you are talking from some sort of experience.
