Monarch win all the time as they have tendered their business and I am sure got lower handling rates because of the intense competition... with a strong performance based SLA, it is all cash in the bank for Monarch.... much more important these days than consistant service......
With both MON and Flybe out to tender last winter, Swissport must have taken a serious drop in revenue to keep the business, so standards will drop.....
