The letter part of the SID refers to the runway used for departure, so for example

CPT3F = Compton departure off Heathrow 27L
CPT3G = Compton departure off Heathrow 27L
4K = 09L
5J = 09R

Manchester's runways are

23L = Y
23R = R
05L = S
05R = Z
