I wonder if this is only on paper. Especially in India its who you know or how much dough one has that gets things done.
Going by what i heard was that there were 150 vacancies out of which 80-90 were filled by influential people (or people who knew them and used there contacts)..... Now these are the seats which were left as NACIL had to show (to the indian government) that there has been induction...
Now after this selection it will be shown that 150 pilots were inducted in Air india....
