1) If you decide to break the bond and return home, will you be liable to pay QA for "damages"? If so, how much?
It depends on how long you have been working for them when you decide to break the bond. They start deducting the bond from your salary on the 3rd month. It's approximately 7500 QAR for 22 months and in average 350 QAR per month.
Let's say you stay there for one year, which would be ten months. Then, you would have payed of 350 x 10: 3500 QAR. You would have to pay them the remaining 4000 QAR. Also, if you leave within a year you have to pay back the joining bonus.
