I'm not totally against the use of laptops, its just they are only as relaible as the software that is installed on them, and they always have a habit of "doing a Monica" when needed most.
I find them invaluable for presentations and hooked up to a projector a fantastic training aid.
If I do a distance learning ATPL course I shall most certainly use a lap top .......dont tell the boss!
