I would think EK must cancel every outstanding order of aircraft for them not to need any more pilots.
So realistically for the people in the pool that are able to stay current, the questions are only when and type of airplane.
If you should go, is of course a different question. Looks like upgrades will be a lot longer than first thought.
I have a feeling they are closing in on a final plan, and some people in the pool will know soon.
