I just cleared my dgca papers a few months back and highly recommend Tapash Kar, a pilot and ground instructor, I passed with above average marks in composite and regs in the very first attempt , small class, all of us passed, an excellent instructor for cpl exams, you can reach him on mobile no 9910405911…. A couple of friends have taken classes with Surinder Singh, large class, with mixed results, he is quite famous in delhi and have been teaching for a few years, don’t have his no. …. Good Luck!
