Unfortunately you are above the age limit for the student air traffic control selection at EUROCONTROL. This age limit is strictly applied.
The conditions on eurocontrol site states: you must be under 25 years old.
I am.. however the .pdf conditions goes on in depth to say
Not yet be 25 years of age on 1 October 2009.
