If still the same :
1. English written test
2. Team work assessment : They put you in group, give you a subject and aske yout to discuss it.
>>> 1st selection.
3. Personal interview the next day or the same day, depends.
4. Final answer that comes to you from doha after 15 days normally ( that was my case )
