I worked with them for three and a half years and left as CSD and know exactly what the environment is like there! Many of my friends were treatled anything but fairly and I, along with many others, witnessed some very disgraceful things down there.
How long have you been there? Still in training? Wait until you are online and you will probably realise that training was the easy bit!
