speaking of whats fair or not.. I believe the starting pay for a F2 is around 3700.QR .. that in itself is roughly 1000 USD per month (x 3.65).. so very low I could hardly imagine anyone living on that.. but that asside, the companies CS (Cabin Senior) position recieves a staggering basic salary of 5000.QR (can you detect the sarcasm)... having said all that, do you believe it's fair for the NEW American, Canadian, UK hires to make 7000.QR as a basic salary in a F2 position, just because the company knows they cannot hang on to western crew and trying to buy loyalty with money while the rest of the hard working guys and girls get the shaft... again.
