I'll agree with that. I'm still waiting for a reply to my letter as to why their website locked me out several times as I tried to pay for a flight and then charged me
twice after a successful booking the following day.
Not Very Good, Ryanair.
But I'll repeat that I've got no qualms about Ryanair's sharp end.
