Dubai dreamer: I really dont think they mind a tatoo on your foot because you have to work with closed shoes all the time (they can't see your foot/toes...) so as long as the tatoo is not visible (like in your face, or hand, or arms, neck...) i am sure it does not matter.
I just tell everyone to be yourself at the interviews, and to smile and be positive. Look professional, don't speak to much or too little, and think positive. If anyone has questions about the interview process or advices it will be my pleasure to help you and answer your questions as it was so helpful to me when people helped me.
