Firstly, just let me say I AM NOT FR bashing. I have flown with them 8 times this year, you get what you pay for - and I have no complaints.. .One question though, the last row of seats are classed as "an emergency exit" - how can they get away with that ? IF there was an incident, can you imagine what would happen if some passenger tried to escape via an "emergency exit" that is not there ? The lawyers would have a field day. On a recent trip I was seated in the last row, with a small bag under the seat in front. I was promptly told to move it as I was in an emergency exit row. When I explained the to young FA that it was not an emergency exit - I was told rather rudely to do as she told me ! She looked very young and probably had about one month's experience !. .Perhaps someone from FR can explain to me why the last row is classed as an emergency exit when it clearly is not !. .Despite this - keep up the good work FR.
