I know its been said before here but you guys really have to have a long hard look at the cost of renting here.
The package is nothing without housing thrown in.
A friend just found an apartment near a good area after looking for about two months.
190k dhm a year for a two bed small apartment.
No balcony, one car park.
Find out what it costs to live here before you commit to anything or you will be very unhappy.
Just a piece of friendly advice from someone who is living it right now.

btw:dont believe anything the company tells you as they have proven themselves to be untrustworthy time and time again.
Find out for yourselves by asking around etc.
