Yes but the Stab pins are cycle limited whereas the other are calendar limited.
There is a conception by some operator that if it is not flying its OK
The problem is that as these TC units are installed at build when the life expires there is a whole bunch due at the same time !!
Unless you are 411 then you just get a LOA ( He really likes those !) from you LOCAL friendly airworthiness authority !!
