yes I know what US Immigration law says about overstaying visa... And I took that into consideration before leaving US. But back then I had no idea that it might give me problems while getting a job in different part of the world

Well..... I'll just go ahead with the assessment day and just wait for what is "meant to be".
Hopefully I'll get this job.... otherwise there is always EK !!!
Anyway... one more question about this topic: switching from EY to EK.... is there any probation period... or is it possible to jump from one to the other without any problem?
Lets say there is a scenario that I get the job with EY and after some time they will require me to get an US visa..... off course I won't get it.... and lets say they terminate me. Can I try to get in with EK right after that?
