Hi all!!

Please Help Me!!!

I was a flight dispatcher and on duty manager/ shift leader on FUTURA INTERNAITONAL AIRWAYS. I did a flight operations course with Futura, and another courses for B737-300-400-800-900, FPPM, ETOPS, Dangerous goods... but i don't have a license, here in Spain it's not necessary (Spain is different). My question is, It's possible for me to get a job as a dispatcher without license but with 3 years experince?
Where can I get my license in Europe? Do you have info about courses? When? where?How much??
