The points raised by Capt. Sensible are obviously important. Surely in the light of previous problems this information should have been promulgated to all concerned and not confined to the privileged few.
As a follow up, in such emotional and stressful times all assistance should be rendered by the relevant Department to achieve the required results.
In days of yore we had a PLC whose inter-departmental contacts would have ensured this would have been carried out.
