| Closer to Poitiers is the lovely town of Montmorillion with several fun book and literary shops -and for something completeky different La Valee du Singe -Valley of Monkeys n enchanting sort of zoo-unique as no bars no cages just a lot of monkeys. Sounds childish but adults love it too
