| A lot of the Buckinghamshire microlight club people operate from a large barn and short hard runway on a disused airfield near Tring, which would be roughly on your 20 mile limit. I'm not sure, but think it's the old Cheddington/Marsworth wartime airfield. Shouldn't be too hard to track them down.
