That's not what M.A.707 says. In fact, it specifically says that in Subparts F,G, and I-approved organisations the maintenance staff
may be nominated to conduct airworthiness reviews even where they have been involved in the
maintenance of the aircraft, as long as they haven't been involved in the
maintenance management.
