Where do you get this info? Applications are still screened by the HR personnel based on the requirements stipulated by the company. The cadets in the admin office are just there to help, but not the make any decision whatsoever, and definitely not to "sabotage" anyone.
I have met all the requirements accept one.I do not have an "a" level coz i started flying straight after my "o" levels.
You have answered your own question. Sad to say that the requirements are very rigid, with almost no exception. If you don't meet the requirements, chances are that they won't call you for interview.
