Now for the burning question of whos getting their MDs?
An excerpt from today's AirCargo News may / may not be a clue -

"Aeroflot begins new era with MD-11Fs . . . Aeroflot Cargo is not formally importing their first three MD-11Fs, as they will soon be leased from Boeing Capital . . ."
