Seriously, as I said previously, every visit is welcome be it planned or unplanned. If you are in something fast and noisy it would be wonderful if you would call at 10 miles out as calling 5 miles away often results in an unseemly scramble to get outside the clubhouse in time.

Long before ladies were allowed into the RAF to fly the MEN needed marshallers to help them to park their aircraft.
I have to say that on my one and only flying visit to a RAF airfield I was quite amused and amazed to have someone to marshall me to my parking place.
