Incidentally, I first came across this letter to UAL mgmt while reading the blog of Joe Sharkey (the reporter travelling on the infamous Embraer Legacy in Brazil) and subsequently at !!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Only, both of those stories seem to have disappeared into thin air now. Wonder why?
